winzer's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winzer account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winzer's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
winzer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if winzer reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, winzer may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.
You may close your winzer account at any time by contacting winzer customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, winzer will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification requirements) and close the account. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, winzer encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the winzer Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
